Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in one click. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until the period ends, then drop to Free.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't run a fixed-length trial. Instead the Free tier is genuinely usable forever — 1 grid, 20 uploads, watermarked share link. Upgrade only when you hit a wall (publishing to Instagram, multiple workspaces, white-label, etc.).
What's your refund policy?
If you're unhappy within 14 days of your first paid charge, email hey@planmygrid.com and we'll refund in full — no forms, no friction. After that we don't pro-rate refunds, but you can cancel and keep paid features until the period ends.
How many client brands can I manage?
Free and Pro: 1 workspace. Studio: 5 workspaces. Agency: 20 workspaces. Each workspace has its own grid, media library, team seats, branding, and (on Agency) custom share domain. One Instagram account at a time per workspace.
What does white-label actually mean?
Pro hides the watermark and lets you put your logo on the share-page header and footer. Studio adds your logo to the share emails clients receive. Agency goes further: clients see share.youragency.com on the URL, emails come from a sender on your own domain, replies route back to your inbox, and the Powered-by PlanMyGrid line is suppressed everywhere.
Do clients need an account to review and approve?
No. Approval links are tokenised — clients open the URL, leave per-post comments, and click approve. They never sign up, never see PlanMyGrid branding on Agency, and never need a password.
How do team seats work?
Free and Pro are single-seat. Studio and Agency include unlimited team seats — invite as many editors, viewers, and managers as you need. There are no per-seat fees, ever. Roles control who can edit posts, manage settings, run approvals, and invite others.
What if I downgrade?
You keep your paid features until the current billing period ends, then drop to the new tier. Workspaces beyond the new tier's cap go read-only — your data stays intact, you just can't post to them until you upgrade or remove a workspace.
